Introduction to Nature Journaling
No experience necessary—just bring yourself and a curious spirit!
Step into the peaceful world of nature journaling with this fun and relaxed introduction to capturing the beauty around you. Whether you’ve never picked up a sketchbook before or simply want to connect more deeply with the outdoors, this class is for you!
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll receive your own sketchbook and pencil to start your nature journaling journey. We'll begin with a creative touch—decorating the cover of your notebook—before diving into the basics of nature journaling.
Next, we’ll head outdoors for a short, scenic walk through the woods, where you’ll have the chance to try your hand at your first nature journaling entry. You'll learn how to observe the details of nature, from the smallest leaves to the grandest trees, and how to capture those observations through simple drawing and writing techniques.

Rain or Shine:If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll bring nature indoors! The class will still go on, with nature-inspired activities and observations inside, so don’t worry about the weather—we’ll adapt and make it a memorable experience either way.
